Isotopes
We went to the Albuquerque Isotopes baseball game. I love, love, love baseball! I couldn't wait to go!! Braxton does REALLY well at baseball games, thank heavens! We were sitting in the "fly ball zone". One of the players hit a fly ball, it went zooming right above our heads, and nailed a guy a couple feet behind us right in the shower! Thank heavens it wasn't any of the babies!!!
Go, Go, Go-go Banana's
I gave Brax his first whole banana awhile back. (Sorry, I suck at blogging on time!) It was clear back on August 17th in fact! Almost a month late! I'll try better next time!! He loved every bite of it. He got to the end of it and I was worried that he would suck it in and choke on it. So, I just mashed it up and fed it to him. He is my little monkey!

Thankful Thursday
Today is Thankful Thursday. At least for me. I'm feeling extremely full of gratitude right now.
1. I'm thankful to be alive.
2. I'm thankful to have the church and gospel in my life. Even in my darkest moments and wrong choices, I always turn back to the church. It brings such comfort and joy.
3. I'm thankful to my husband that works very hard. He works hard to enough to allow me to stay home everyday and be with my beautiful son.

4. I am thankful to Heavenly Father for sending me this beautiful, sweet bundle of joy!! And putting trust in me to take care of his child.
5. I'm thankful for my family. All my sisters and brothers. They each bring something different to my life.
We've had our moments, happy and sad, bad and good. But, in the end, we still love each other.
6. I'm thankful for the atonement. For the knowledge to know that I am loved no matter what, and that I can be forgiven for all the wrong I have done.
7. I am thankful for the oppurtunity I have had to spend the summer at my sisters house.
8. I am thankful to have a little sister with down syndrome. It has taught me love, patience, kindness, how to be silly, and a different perspective to life.
9. I am thankful for all the little people in my life, the remind me, its the simple, little things in life that are important.
10. I am thankful to my mom. Who has been my best friend. She has taught me so much in my life.
11. I am thankful for my best friend Krista. Who has been there for me since I was 2 and she was 1!! I have been her friend for 19 years, and she has been mine for 18. haha (inside joke!) We will always be best friends! One day, we will share a backyard, and swimming pool!
12. I am thankful to all my other friends. That have come and gone. And the precious few that have stayed. I've learned something from every single one of them.
13. I am thankful for my sweet little puppy, Bentley. He has such a sweet spirit to him. He always knows when I'm sad and he just snuggles right up to me.
14. I am thankful to modern technology. Enabling me me to communicate with those far away from me. And those near to me.
15. I am thankful to know that I have Celiacs Disease. Honestly! I wish I would have known sooner, but I'm glad I know now. It has given me extra years of life, a healthy body, that ability to carry children full term, and so so much more.
That is all for tonight. I have to save more for other days!!!

7 months
It's 2 days before his 7 month birthday. But I wanted to give a little update.
1. You got your first tooth on Sunday, August 1st.
2. You got your 2nd tooth on Tuesday August 17th.
3. You had your very first banana (a whole banana, not mashed till the end of it) on Tuesday August 17th. You seemed to really enjoy it.
Braxton, you are just so full of life. I love you. You are very attached to me though. I walk out of the room, you cry. I set you down, you cry. It makes me feel good, but at the same time, its extremely hard to get things done!! Nothing else is really new in the last month. But you sure are freaking handsome!! Here are some pictures of what you look like at 7 months.

Butterfly Museum
We went to the Albuquerque Aquarium and Butterfly exhibit. Can I just say, Coolest 2 things EVER!!! The butterflies were beautiful! There was a butterfly on a leaf, so I picked the leaf and put it right by Brax. He was pretty amused. He tried to touch it, and then if flew away. The aquarium was incredible. It seemed to catch Braxton's attention at every tank. I wish Utah's aquarium was half that cool! Just another reason why I wanna move down here!!
They also had this awesome life size area. It had life sized bee's, rulers, gardens, pots, watering cans, pumpkins and ants.
